1.ročník dorasteneckého futbalového turnaja starostov obcí Kysúc
17.1.2009 sa konal 1.ročník dorasteneckého futbalového turnaja starostov obcí Kysúc pod záštitou mikroregiónu Kysucký triangel. Usporiadateľom bol ObFZ Kysúc, ktorý vylosoval 4 skupiny spomedzi 17 účastníkov (Čadca, S.Bystrica, Čierne, Skalité, Turzovka, Svrčinovec, Staškov, Zákopčie, Horelica, KNM, Korňa, Radoľa, Radôstka, Raková, K.Lieskovec, Makov, Ochodnica). Hralo sa len 10min., takže na zaváhanie a nesústredenie nebol čas. V základnej skupine sme (starší dorast MŠK KNM) vyhrali nad Radoľou 4:0 (Janči, Židek 2x, Tvaružek ), Korňou 1:0 (Urbánek), Radôstkou 2:0 Tvaružek 2x). Nasledovala vyraďovacia skupina, v ktorej kto zaváhal končil. Tu sme vyhrali nad Ochodnicou 2:0 (Janči, Tvaružek) a opäť skupinovým súperom Radoľou 3:0 (Bugáň, Čelko, Janči). Týmto sme si konečne zabezpečili postup do finálovej skupiny. V nej sme remizovali s družstvom Čadce 2:2 (Tvaružek, Halúska) a na pokutové kopy (2:1) postúpili o boje o pohár najcennejší. S víťazom A skupiny Čiernym, sme vyhrali 1:0 (Bugáň) a stali sa tak víťazmi prvého ročníka turnaja, v ktorom sme ani jeden zápas neprehrali a zaslúžene chytili do rúk "zlatý" pohár . O sobotňajší úspech dorastu MŠK sa pričinili M.Sága, F.Urbánek, L.Minár, R.Halúska, F.Tvaružek, J.Slafkovský, J.Čelko, M.Janči, T.Židek a kapitán L.Bugáň. Vedúci Ján Cudrák a tréner Ivan Jurkovič si mohli konečne vychutnať prvý tohtoročný úspech svojich zverencov. (O odvoz na a z turnaja ďakujeme: J.Cudrákovi, I.Jančimu, L.Bugáňovi.)
