Družstvo žien druhé, Branislav Šarkan tretí
Bežci Kysuckého Nového Mesta štartovali uplynulý víkend na polmaratónskych maj-strovstvách Slovenska, ktoré sa konali v rámci podujatia ČSOB Marathon v Bratislave. 
Medzi mužmi dobehol Branislav Šarkan v novom osobnom rekorde 1:09:23 na výbornom treťom mieste. Za druhým I. Pástorom (Košice) zaostal len 6 sekúnd. Ďalší bežec Kysuckého Nového Mesta Lukáš Prívara dobehol ôsmy v novom osobnom rekorde 1:16:01. Výborne si počínalo družstvo žien, ktoré v zložení Veronika Otrubová, Alena Pochybová, Adriana Vitková obsadilo druhé miesto. Zvíťazilo družstvo Slávie STU Bratislava.
